All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the product weight.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.

Local Pickup (Houston, TX)

If available, pickup instructions will be sent after order confirmation.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping outside the United States.
This may expand in the future as our merch line grows.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

NMM is not responsible for delays caused by:

Carrier issues
Weather conditions
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
Customs clearance

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If an order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for entering the correct address.
If an order is shipped to the wrong address due to customer error, NMM cannot offer refunds.
